All-HIS Enterprises was established by Bill Hurlbut to help others grow their business through learning to build relationships with others through networking.
Bill has a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management. While in college he was introduced to the insurance field. He has worked in various areas of insurance now for over 40 years. Most of the time has been in the area of life and health insurance but he also spent several years in commercial property and casualty insurance. He has been an agent, manager and regional manager with various companies.
Life insurance sales has been the area that he has enjoyed the most. However, while he has had success in the sales area, it has been difficult for him over the years due to his extremely “low key approach”. Bill was never able to use that “hard sell back the hearse up to the door” approach so common to many life insurance sales people. He also was never very comfortable making phone calls.
In 2001 he was introduced to the concept of growing his business through the building of strong relationships through networking with other individuals. His business has now grown to where he works strictly by referrals or people asking him to help them.
Bill’s passion now is teaching others how to build a business based on establishing strong solid relationships with others. He goes out of his way to help others believing that it is a Biblical principal that you can not out give God. If you will just give to others by helping them God will bring back to you in wondrous ways.
